IGEAR DTU (DATA TRANSPORT UTILITY)               

The IGear DTU provides open connectivity on the plant floor and with the business planning systems.

IGear DTU Datalinks are configured, via wizard screens, to provide seamless data transfer between many technologies, such as: barcode scanners, databases, PLCs, torque controllers, vision, LED displays, RFID, PDAs, e-mail, cell phones, HMIs, SCADAs, ERPs, etc.

The IGear DTU is a standard data transport utility for solving real world integration challenges. 

IGEAR WEB FRAMEWORK

The IGear Web Framework summarizes real-time data for reporting and analysis, via a web browser. Information can be easily viewed from an overall plant summary down to the machine detail.

The IGear Web Framework is an effective and versatile informational interface for employees in the plant office, on the production line and at the corporate headquarters.

The IGear Web Framework does not utilize a proprietary database, or require databases to be structured in a specific format. The IGear Web Framework allows administrators to leverage their existing data sources and database schema to efficiently present information anywhere at any time - accurately and reliably.

The IGear Web Framework allows users to run reports that are relevant to them from any networked computer - without installing additional software on their computer.
