IGear Support Center

IGear Support is included in the annual renewal of software licensing and support.  The IGear Support Center provides an invaluable service when technical expertise and support is needed the most.  Experienced and technical IGear personnel are ready to help with troubleshooting, best practices in applying the IGear Products and product knowledge. 

 

Phone support is provided, along remote PC support.  Remote PC support is the next best thing to being on site.  

 

Standard Support is available from 8 AM to 5 PM EST weekdays, excluding holidays.

Premier Support (24/7) is available, and can be quoted upon request.
