Vorne Industries, with their XL-Series, provides a hardware-based, data collector/industrial display all in one unit. Without modification of the existing control system, the XL can be "bolt on" to an operation in minutes. I/Gear, Inc.

The I/Gear software suite, consisting of the DTU and the Web Framework, provide the back-end functionality for the system. The DTU moves data collected by the XL units to the system database with a simple, point and click interface. Once the data is in the database, the Web Framework provides a configurable, web-based portal for analyzing the data.
